WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

1. We will work to the best of our ability to provide you with a professional website.

2. Reliable website hosting (online 99.9% of the time), with your website always available to customers.

3. Content writing that represents your business.

4. Pages and new content added to your website at your request.

5. Ability to change your website long-term, to a reasonable standard (as described below).

6. All-inclusive fee that covers website, domain, hosting, email.

7. Clear guidance and expectations set for both parties within our agreement.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

1. Feedback and review of your website in a timely manner.

2. Clear communication with us regarding any technical issues and pay invoice on time.

3. Take responsibility for the content published on your website.

4. Provide the content to add to the website as you require updates and keep within the bounds of the expectations set within our agreement.

5. Agree upon the standard design and adhere to the website content and changes policy.

6. Communicate with us regarding potential delay on payments.

7. Agreement on the terms and conditions of our service.

WEBSITE DESIGN (1)

We will work to the best of our ability to provide you with a professional website.

We then work together to draft the initial content.

You agree to be responsive in your feedback during the first month of service.

We will also need you to discuss with us:

Service pages
Local areas covered
Main area of business focus)

This will allow us to create the website structure.

We get an initial design live within the week and then work on developing the content through the first month of service.

Please be aware that once your website design is finalised (first month of our service), there may be additional charges for redesigning the website and/or adding new features not discussed in the initial proposal.

You agree to engage with us, as reasonably required, to complete your website.

WEBSITE HOSTING (2)

Reliable website hosting (online 99.9% of the time)

Your website.

Always available to customers.

Your £30.00 per month service covers your website hosting, email address and domain name registration.

We agree to monitor and audit your website, with responsibility for:

Technical issues with website
Response times
Mobile responsivity
Website updates (as described below)

We work hard to guarantee 99.9% uptime on your website.

If there are any issues, please communicate them with us as soon as possible to avoid any problems long-term.

This external cost (website hosting) is covered in your monthly payment.

Any delay in payment may result in the termination of our services and could result in your website being taken offline permanently (without notice or communication after 30 days).

You agree to have clear communication with us regarding any technical issues and ensure payment is made on time.

CONTENT WRITING (3)

Content writing that represents your business.

It remains your responsibility to provide us with the relevant content for your website.

Our team are willing to assist.

But any content written by us and published on your website remains your sole responsibility to review.

We will not be held liable for any content published on your website.

Once content is published live on your website, you understand it is your responsibility to review the content.

You agree that you are responsible for the content on your website..

WEBSITE UPDATES (4)

Pages and new content added to your website at your request.

During the first month of service, we work with you to develop your website to your specifications.

Any additional content will need to be supplied by you.

Our service allows for updates to your website on a monthly, at your request.

This can include:

Portfolio/Gallery Updates
New Pages
Submission For Content Revisions/Changes

This does not include the request for redesigns.

We do our best to efficiently add your content once it is sent to us.

Please allow up to seven days for any requests for content to be added to your website.

Our standard package allocates you 60-minutes of time within every month for updates to your website.

We can fulfil many requests during this 60-minutes (if content is supplied).

We will communicate with you any issues with you over-extending your service.

Any further time will be charged at £15.00 per hour.

We have never charged this to any customer in the entire 12-months of business.

You agree to provide content and stick to the 60-minute per month rule of content updates.

WEBSITE DESIGN CHANGES (5)

Ability to change your website long-term, to a reasonable standard (as described below)

We work hard in the first month of service to create a website that is suited to your needs.

Once agreed upon within the first month, any requests for change will be considered by our team, but cannot be guaranteed.

We have been able to fulfil most requests from customers so far.

You understand we may not be able to fulfil all customer requests due to the limitations of our service.

We will communicate any issues in a timely manner.

Agree to a standard design within the first month of service.

PAYMENTS & INVOICING (6)

All-inclusive fee that covers website, domain, hosting, email.

We monitor and audit websites every month.

To maintain this service, we expect the invoice to be paid on time.

If you cannot make payment at any given time, it is your responsibility to contact us.

Failure to make payment on time in any given month, as arranged within your proposal, may result in the temporary closure of your website.

For most customers this is the ‘1st’ of each month.

The failure to make payment (or communicate with us) over a 30-day period may result in the permanent loss of your website.

You agree to pay by the agreed date and communicate with us regarding potential delay on payments.

Customer satisfaction remains our top priority.

We hope the standards set out above are reasonable and give guidance on how to use our service.

Please read through them carefully before doing business with us.

Our Service

Our service is a website-as-a-service.

We design and develop a website based on your specification.

We charge no upfront fees for the website, and maintain the website according to your needs.

Our standard package allocates you 60-minutes of time within every month for updates to your website.

You remain responsible for the marketing function of your business.

We are responsible for fulfilling your needs as agreed in the terms above.

Service Limitations

Prospect27 are a website design agency that provide a website as a service.

We are only responsible for fulfilling your requests in response to your needs with the website, as set out in the terms above.

Any other services in relation to social media, content writing, business listings, search engine marketing (including Google AdWords and search engine optimisation services) – and any other requests that do not fall under the terms out above – may be subject to further charges.

We will do our best to assist and guide you.

We may need refer you to other services, should we not be able to fulfil your request in relation to your other marketing activities.

Our limit is one-hour of time to update your website according to your needs in any given month.

Design Costs (No Upfront Fees)

Prospect27 own the rights to the websites we have developed for our customers.

We provide you with a website, with no upfront costs.

The initial design fee for your website is covered within the first two years of business with us as a website service provider.

If, for any reason you want to transfer your website during the first 24-month period, there will be subject to a charge of up to £300.00 to cover the design costs of your website.

Website hosting fees are also included in your monthly service.

If at any time you choose to move to another website provider, you will need to cover the external costs (hosting, email, SSL certificate) and maintain your website moving forward.

Website Hosting

Website hosted is covered for your website by Propsect27, as an external cost.

You must ensure you pay your invoice on time, usually by standing order on the 1st of each month.

Failure to pay will result in your website being permanently closed.

Contract Termination

We have a 96% retention rate with all customers, so we’re confident that we can keep our customers satisfied.

We will do our best to fulfil your requests, though we realise that doesn’t always happen.

We allow for either party (Prospect27 and ‘the customer’) to end this relationship, for any reason they choose, at any time

We can also, for any reason we deem necessary, at any time during your time as a customer with us, choose to give you a 30-day termination period. In that case, we will facilitate the transfer of your website, free of charge, to a website hosting provider of your choice.

You also have the right to terminate your contract with us at any time, though your website may be permanently taken offline.

Minimum Terms & Website Ownership

There will be no fee if you wish to leave us, you are free to walk away from the contract at any point.

We would appreciate the feedback and a 30-day notice, but we have no minimum contract.

If you wish to retain ownership of your website transfer your website elsewhere, and you have not served 24-months with us under this pay-monthly contract, you may be subject to the fees listed above (£300.00).

If you are still satisfied with our service after the first year, we will continue at the arranged agreement as set above, unless otherwise negotiated.

We reserve the right to amend or change these terms, to suit the needs of our business, at any time.

We agree to give all customers a notice on any changes to our terms of service.

By doing business with us, you agree that you have read and agree to the terms set out above.
