We are proud to announce Firetech Agency have been gracious enough to allow us to write a success story, based on their experience with us.

Fire Risk Management Consultant, Vinnie Badwal (MIFSM TIFireE AMIFPO Tech IOSH CFRAR) was running he a small website he had created with Wix under his brand ‘Fire Safety Agency.’

An astute businessman, Vinnie spoke with us about his needs.

“I want a new website to approach larger companies, a new target market as the company has continued to grown.”

Vinnie had recently passed some examinations.

This allowed him to offer more thorough services.

And enter a more upscale market market, with larger enterprises.

We understood and relayed the goal to Vinnie.

“You want to look more professional to enter a new target market,” we asked.

“Correct.”

And our partnership begun.

Three weeks later, the site was finalised.

We introduced a Covid-19 statement.

As a thank-you to Vinnie for the upfront payment he made for the year, I wrote a blog on fire safety and some recent local news in Leeds.

 

The website proved useful immediately…

Vinnie continued to stay in touch with us.

We manage his website and attempt to we remain close with all customers.

Vinnie was quick to tell me about the utility of the website.

He was able to:

• Establish new relationship with larger businesses
• Quickly adapt the business website (with updates at his request) as he continued to expand on the services (and qualifications)
• Develop a digital presence around the website and put a plan in place for organic traffic and in-bound leads

Continued success for Firetech Agency… and the plan for 2021.

The truth is, Vinnie’s business shines because of his business acumen and his ability to form relationships.

We can see this when we speak to him.

But in his own words,

“Karl,  with your help I have been able to take the business a step forward. But now… all my exams are done, and next year I’m going all-in with this website.. you don’t know how much it’s going to benefit my business.”

He was able to establish a presence in a new target market.

And we’ve been able to adapt the website as the business has grown through the year.

And we are not sure if he knows it, but Vinnie continues to be a crucial figure in our business as we grow.

And was not to be expected from a customer.

The confidence he placed in our service, allowed us to move forward with confidence.
